Next week I’ll be having an in-depth conversation with Victoria Hahn, MS, RDN.

Victoria is the Nutrition Science Liaison with L-Nutra, the company that produces PROLON®, the fasting mimicking diet developed by Valter Longo, PhD. She has a Master of Science in Nutrition, Healthspan, and Longevity from the University of Southern California.

She also functions as an inpatient clinical dietitian and has a background in nutrition research covering a wide range of topics including nutritional sufficiency in specific populations and the ketogenic diet. She has a passion for research and evidence-based practice.

Victoria will share with us the latest information on the anti-aging benefits of prolonged fasting. I have a ton of questions to ask her about prolonged fasting with the Fasting Mimicking Diet along with the research done by Valter Longo. This is a must-hear podcast for us boomers and honorary boomers.

Who is Valter Longo PhD you ask?

Valter Longo PhD is arguably the worlds leading anti-aging researcher in the field of fasting.

He is the Director of both the Longevity Institute at the University of Southern California and The Program on Longevity and Cancer at IFOM in Milan, designed the FMD.

His research has shown that specific diets can mimic fasting, enabling the body to safely experience the rejuvenating effects of a prolonged fast.

This research has been sponsored by the US National Institute for Aging and the National Cancer Institute of the National Institute for Health, as well as by private foundations in the US and Europe.

This is cutting edge anti-aging science that you should know about if you are interested in the latest science on anti-aging and disease prevention.
