I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified fitness trainer with a specialty in corrective exercise. I also hold an AA degree in Adaptive fitness.
I have successfully worked with many people, one-on-one, with multiple sclerosis, traumatic brain injury, Parkinson’s disease, heart disease, severe arthritis, stroke, cancer and many other disabling conditions.
It has been my passion and mission. And I practice what I preach. I am 66 years old. I do not take any pharmaceutical prescriptions AND I have none of the chronic health issues that are typically associated with aging. I’m not saying that to boast and yes, I know that I am fortunate. But I also know how to tip the scales in my favor.
